Bridging aid across the Balkans.

BalkanBridge is a new American nonprofit bringing medical relief, support for children with autism, and winter warmth to families in the Balkans who have nowhere else to turn.

What we're building

Three ways help will arrive

Medical relief

For people facing serious illness, we'll cover the medication, supplies, and specialist care they can't manage alone.

Children with autism

We'll fund sensory rooms and one-on-one therapy through trusted local institutions, so children can grow at their own pace.

Winter warmth

We'll deliver firewood and heating to elderly people who would otherwise face the cold alone.

Why we exist

Built by someone who never stopped going back

BalkanBridge was founded by a Balkan-born American engineer who spent years quietly helping on his own — carrying supplies on every trip home, covering costs no one else would.

One person can help one family at a time. An organization can help for years. BalkanBridge exists to turn quiet personal giving into steady, accountable aid — with every safeguard a donor should expect.

A bridge between people who want to help and people who need it.
Where we are today

We're doing this the right way, from day one

  • Incorporating as a Florida not-for-profit corporation
  • Preparing our application for 501(c)(3) federal tax exemption
  • Registering with the State of Florida before any fundraising begins

We are not accepting donations yet. Giving will open once our charitable registrations are complete — because compliance is part of compassion.
